- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪For the last 25 years, Dr. Phiel and Linda have been there for me and all my pets. The care is extraordinary and records, follow through and generally accommodating office has always made a difference to me and my animals. Over the years, their relationship with my pets and me has blossomed, and their consistency has made it easy to treat my pets because of the great recordkeeping. Despite all my moves, both in and out of York County, I have remained with them because I know I cannot get better care anywhere.
